Chimney Oaks Golf Club Homer
BCG's flagship project is Chimney Oaks Golf Club in Homer, Banks County, Georgia. BCG purchased the struggling golf course and incomplete residential development in 2013 and turned the golf course into one of north Georgia's top semi-private golf clubs. We constructed a restaurant and event center, a new pro shop and fitness center, and a golf training facility. BCG also completed the 300+ home residential development featuring homes built by Atlanta's top local builders and a state-of-the-art community-wide septic tank effluence pump (STEP) system. Chimney Oaks features estate lots, cottage lots, and townhome lots.
Austin Ridge Commerce
Austin Ridge is a 22-acre subdivision with 40 single family home lots in Commerce, Jackson County, Georgia. BCG handled the entitlements and engineering, performed the erosion control and earthwork, constructed and installed all stormwater management, wet utilities, road construction, and fine grade of the lots.
Carrington Walk Powder Springs
Carrington Walk is an active project consisting of 29 townhome lots in Powder Springs, Cobb County, Georgia. BCG is completing all development work from clearing and grading, to utility infrastructure and road installation, to fine grade of the townhome lots.
Wehunt Meadows Hoschton
Wehunt Meadows is a 40-acre, 67-lot development where BCG managed the entire development process from LDP to final plat for a Georgia residential builder.
Pod X Jefferson
Pod X at Traditions of Braselton was an earthworks project for a new phase of an established subdivision. The project involved managing erosion control and clearing/grubbing for 76 single family home lots. We successfully worked within the strict guidelines of the HOA regarding work hours, noise limits, and dirt mitigation.
Clocktower Douglasville
Hill Road Powder Springs
Clocktower is a 37-unit townhome development that BCG managed from LDP to final plat. The project involved extensive borings and coring under existing private and public roads to complete the wet utilities. BCG served as general contractor for the property owner, ensuring a seamless development process.
Hill Road is an active project for a "stacked flats" community. BCG is handling all earthwork, storm water, municipal water, and sewer utility construction and will deliver 65 pad-ready lots in line with the property owner's construction schedule.
